I understand that training and eating well is difficult, especially whilst juggling family life, a busy work schedule and social commitments. With my guidance you can expect huge differences to your body from small, achievable changes that fit around all of these things.
I will help you actively track your food and give you a personalised diet plan; you'll still be able to eat the foods you love, eat out with friends, and enjoy meals on the go. And to ensure you always have time for a workout, my training times are 6am-9pm everyday.

Hi, I'm Josh. I am an experienced, motivated and friendly trainer, offering personal training services across Surrey. I have experience training individuals and groups with a variety of personal targets including weight loss and toning. Ultimately after our sessions my aim is for you to feel more confident in yourself. Take a look at my reviews page to see the fantastic results some of my clients have achieved.
We are all different; not just in our physical abilities, but psychologically too. This is why I offer a truly bespoke approach when training each one of my clients. All person training sessions are done in my private studio so you can feel comfortable as it will just be us two.
Training with your friends and loved ones is a great way to keep motivations high. By having a close network of people to support you, who are going through the same transformation can help give you that extra push to reach your next fitness milestone. Group training allows you to get results together; you will get the same benefits as one-to-one training and at a more affordable rate.
Consultations are a great way for us to get to know each other. They are also a crucial step in the planning process for creating a programme just for you. During the consultation we will go through your goals, what you will need to do to achieve them, any injuries you may have or previously had and any other questions you may have. These sessions are bespoke to you.
Workout & Nutritional Programmes
A well-structured training plan and diet regime are crucial for achieving your fitness goals. Each individuals have different goals and different needs therefore each plan will be tailored specifically for your needs.
